Biography
I am in charge of the Bioinformatic track within the ASTER Lab. While the availability of genomic data continues to expand rapidly, existing bioinformatic algorithms and tools often struggle to keep pace with this exponential growth. My primary focus involves leveraging the ASTER package alongside other bioinformatic tools to analyse genomes (published or collaborative) uncovering previously inaccessible biological insights and evolutionary narratives.
